A man with no pants on is alleged to have broken into a woman’s car and was found with a necklace on belonging to the victim when he was arrested. When a deputy arrived, he found Strain sitting in the car and he was zipping up his pants. He is being held in the Izard County Jail with bond set at $25,000. In a plea deal with the state, he pled guilty to the aggravated assault charge and the endangering the welfare of a minor charge was nolle prossed or dropped. In the Missouri case, Strain was charged with DWI – alcohol and third degree assault in Lewis County.
