The crash happened at about 9:22 p.m. in the 1400-block of W. Irving Park Road, police said. The victim, a 25-year-old woman, walked between two parked cars and onto the street when the crash happened. After the second crash, police said the driver of the dark-colored SUV chased the man driving the blue car. The 25-year-old woman was taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital, where she died.
