A man was caught fly tipping on Chepstow Road at just after 2pm on Monday afternoon, August 3. CCTV footage shows the man wheeling a trolley along Chepstow Road before leaving it and walking away along Harrow Road. Newport City Council said: "Do you know this person? They were caught on CCTV dumping a trolley full of waste on Chepstow Road on Monday afternoon, just after 2pm, before leaving it and walking off along Harrow Road.
