(Bernama pic)KUALA LUMPUR : The government will continue to empower Tamil schools (SJKT) to ensure every child receives the best educational opportunities, says digital minister Gobind Singh Deo. He added that from 2023 to 2026, a total of RM237.48 million has been allocated for maintenance work, upgrades, and the construction of new facilities for Tamil schools nationwide. Gobind added that this allocation proves the government’s commitment to continue supporting the development of Tamil schools despite the country still facing economic challenges. “I will continue to serve the people to the best of my ability and do whatever it takes to continue supporting the community,” he said.
