Smith has been ordered to pay £85 in costs, a surcharge of £32, and a fine of £80.
Adam Watson, 36, of no fixed abode, Bridgwater, pleaded guilty to stealing £10.30 worth of goods from Morrisons in Bridgwater on June 11 of this year.
Steven Addicott, 37, of Shervage Court, Bridgwater, pleaded guilty to causing a person harassment, alarm, or distress by using threatening, abusive, or insulting words/behaviour or disorderly behaviour in Bridgwater on February 10 of this year.
