Simon Dickinson was made subject of a three-year sexual risk order in February last year despite never being convicted of a criminal offence.
Dickinson, of no fixed abode, admitted he breached the order and told the court that he was now living in his work van.
John Clish, mitigating, urged the magistrates to follow the recommendations in his client’s pre-sentence report as it was his first breach of the civil court order.
He said: “As part of his sexual risk order Mr Dickinson is to notify the police of his whereabouts until February 2028.”
“We have read the pre-sentence report,” he said.
