A 34-year-old East Orange man was treated for a non-fatal gunshot wound after arriving at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center by private vehicle early Saturday, police said. Police responded to the hospital at about 2:07 a.m. after receiving a report of the wounded man. An initial investigation led police to identify a potential crime scene in the area of McBride Avenue Extension and Mill Street. The investigation remains active and ongoing.
