A 30-year-old man has been charged following a three-vehicle crash on a road near Tayport. They also reported seeing flashing lights further along the road near the cemetery. Three fire appliances and a heavy rescue unit were sent to the scene from Tayport and Dundee. A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Around 8.25pm on Saturday, we received a report of a crash involving three vehicles on the B946 near Tayport. “A 30-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with road traffic offences.
