The Tesla feature known as “Full Self-Driving (Supervised)” does not turn your car into the driver of your car.
To some, that may sound like anti-Tesla propaganda, but take it from Tesla itself, which writes in a disclaimer:“Full Self-Driving (Supervised) requires active driver supervision with eyes on the road and does not make the vehicle autonomous.
It’s your responsibility to make sure that you only use Full Self-Driving (Supervised) when it’s safe and legal to do so.”
This may all seem too obvious to even say, but this guy apparently needed to hear it:The incident above happened in Parker, Colorado.
At one point he even said “I wasn’t driving.”
