Caroline Tucker shot an 88 and Allie Sandifer carded an 89 to lead the University Heights Academy girls on Saturday at the Paducah Tilghman Invitational at Paxton Park. Tucker’s score tied for 30th while Sandifer tied for 32nd out of 72 golfers that finished the event. Ella Perry shot a 90 and Campbell Lindsey 92 for the Lady Blazers. Henderson County’s Meryl Grogan was the only player to finish under par, claiming medalist honors at 3-under 68. The Lady Blazers placed seventh in the team standings with a score of 359.
