After releasing this week, Marvel Tokon's PC player count is bringing in thousands upon thousands of people, but not nearly as much as it was setting up for. According to SteamDB's user charts, Marvel Tokon's launch peaked out at 24,498 concurrent users on Steam. So despite the backing of PlayStation and Marvel Games, these numbers probably come across as a bit of a disappointment to the studios. Something is going on to keep Marvel Tokon from reaching its full potential, and that something seems to be the PC version itself. This comes after Marvel Tokon broke the record player count for a fighting game open beta, so these results are still a bit surprising.
