Our Step in2 Apprenticeships learners celebrated the successful completion of their programme with a graduation event attended by family, friends and Gen2 staff. We also celebrated the achievements of our Higher Education learners, who officially graduated with Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degrees in Plant Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering. Supporting our local communities continues to be an important part of what we do at Gen2. One of our latest projects has seen Sellafield apprentices work alongside Flimby Primary School and the Community Rail Partnership to bring local artwork to life. The initiative follows last year's successful boat sculpture and forms part of an ongoing programme celebrating local history, creativity and community collaboration.
