The Royal Mail is one of those "Marmite" public services. Royal Mail is also much easier to deal with if something goes wrong. There's a brand, Nordic Spirit, that I get on with well. I placed an order via Amazon, who confirmed receipt of both my order and payment, as did Nordic Spirit. Alastair Stewart remains a big supporter of Royal Mail |I contacted Amazon customer service through their website, explained the problem, and they immediately accepted responsibility, offering me a refund, which I gratefully accepted.
