Joseph “Joe” Carollo, of Florida, passed away early Friday morning, July 31, 2026, with his wife by his side. Joe was born February 20, 1943, in Chicago, Il, to Joseph and Edith (Johnson) Carollo. During the Vietnam War, he was deployed to Vietnam, where he honorably served as a Military Police officer. Following Joe’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and a private family gathering will be held at a later date. Joe is survived by his loving wife – Judith Principato-Carollo; step-children – Thomas (Cathy) Principato and Stephanie Principato; and brothers – John (Helen), James (Traci), Phillip (Gail) and Thomas Carollo.
