Jodie Evans, area manager at St Aubin Nurseries and Out of School Clubs, was named winner of the 2026 Caring in Welsh award at an event held at the Y Garreg Las National Eisteddfod. The award, organised by Social Care Wales, celebrates care workers who deliver excellent support through the medium of Welsh. She was recognised for creating a fully bilingual environment where the Welsh language is valued and visible. "This year’s award highlights fantastic examples of inspiring and dedicated care workers who are providing excellent care through the medium of Welsh.
