The council has published the locations included in the programme but has not specified which roads have already been completed. A council spokesperson said: "Surface dressing is a preventative maintenance treatment that involves spraying roads with bitumen, followed by stone chippings that are rolled in to seal the surface. The council said warning signs would be displayed ahead of works and noted that the programme could be altered by weather conditions.
