Berkcan Altun has applied to BCP Council for a premises licence for the Magna Carta at 4-6 Bournemouth Road, Poole, BH14 0ES. It wants to sell alcohol on the premises from Sunday to Thursday, 10am to 11.30pm, and Friday to Saturday, 10am to 2.30am. It also wants to provide recorded music from Sunday to Thursday from 10am to midnight, and on Friday and Saturday from 10am to 3am. The premises, replacing the old Camden Bar, will primarily operate as a restaurant during the week, shifting to a "more bar-led operation" on Friday and Saturday evenings.
