Kuldip Dosanjh, 61, of Europa Avenue, West Bromwich, was caught by manned equipment exceeding the 70mph limit between junctions nine and 10 at Chesterton/Weston on the Green, Oxfordshire, on September 6 last year. The court stated that Dosanjh’s guilty plea was taken into account when determining his penalty.
