Man, 61, fined for speeding on M40 in 13mph offence

Kuldip Dosanjh, 61, of Europa Avenue, West Bromwich, was caught by manned equipment exceeding the 70mph limit between junctions nine and 10 at Chesterton/Weston on the Green, Oxfordshire, on September 6 last year.
Dosanjh pleaded guilty, and was given a fine of £92.

The court stated that Dosanjh’s guilty plea was taken into account when determining his penalty.
The offence was dealt with under the Motorways Traffic (Speed Limit) Regulations 1974 and the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
