Witney councillor Andrew Coles said he has received “numerous complaints” about the state of Welch Way, a major road that runs between Marriotts Walk Shopping Centre and Nuffield Health Centre. They said: “There are multiple large potholes across the traffic light junction box on Welch Way turning into Woodford Way. Responding to the concerns, a spokesperson for Oxfordshire County Council said they are aware of the situation.
