After his grave was exhumed, a medical board found gunshot wound entering from the back and exiting through the chest, a fractured sixth rib, heart injuries and multiple other wounds. The 4-page post-mortem report, prepared by an eight-member exhumation board on August 8, 2026, finds injuries to Mir Raza’s head, face, neck, back, chest and foot. According to report, a firearm entry wound measuring approximately 0.8 centimetres was found on the left side of the upper back, at the level of the sixth rib. Beneath it, the sixth rib was fractured, with the report describing a comminuted fracture and multiple bone fragments. A separate lacerated exit wound was found on the right side of the upper chest, measuring approximately 1.5 by 1.2 centimetres.
