Metro Transit police are searching for a man accused of repeatedly punching a Metrobus driver in Montgomery County after a dispute over an open alcoholic beverage. Investigators with the Metro Transit Police Department are searching for a passenger accused of repeatedly punching a Metrobus driver in Montgomery County, Maryland, earlier this month. WMATA said the Metrobus driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was treated after the attack. The Amalgamated Transit Union Local 689, which represents about 8,000 transit workers across the D.C. region, posted video of the incident on social media.
