The MRC has handed down one suspension and six charges following Saturday's three-game blockbuster slate. Melbourne Storm five-eighth Cameron Munster has been handed a one-game suspension for a Grade 2 Dangerous Contact charge on Manly Sea Eagles forward Taniela Paseka. There was only one other charge from Saturday's opening game in Perth, with Manly winger Jason Saab charged with a Grade 1 Careless High Tackle on Storm forward Joe Chan. In the final Saturday night matchup, the South Sydney Rabbitohs' Sean Keppie and the Parramatta Eels' Jack De Belin were both charged with Grade 1 Dangerous Contact. As first offenders, both players will receive $1,000 fines, which could increase by $500 if they contest the charges and are found guilty at the Judiciary.
