Verizon said it resolved an outage that affected several customers' ability to make phone calls.
One customer and WRAL viewer from Nashville, North Carolina, reached out and said he was having an issue using his phone, adding that his daughter was also having trouble using AT&T in Wake County.

In response to one user on X, Verizon's social media team said it was aware of an "issue impacting voice services for wireless customers in some parts of the U.S.," but added that their engineers were working to identify what went wrong.
The company said it resolved the issue around 7:19 p.m.A spokesperson told WRAL News that their network is operating normally.
