The Klamath Falls Falcons have advanced through pool play at the Northwest Class ‘A’ American Legion Baseball Regional Tournament. After going 2-1 through the group, the Falcons are moving on to the regional semifinal for a rematch from the Oregon State Championship. 8/6 Burley (ID) 11, Klamath Falls 9The Green Sox staved off a late rally from the Falcons to cling to a two-run victory. The Falcons collected four doubles from Chase Barrett, Jacoby Nickerson, Jacoby Tacchini, and Trustin Thomas. The Falcons have advanced to the semifinal of the regional tournament and will face a familiar foe in the Eugene Ole Athletics.
