"Airservices Australia has been directed to prioritise the use of 'Reciprocal Runway Operations' and the 'Reciprocal Runway Operations - Noise Abatement Procedure' at night, where planes land and take off to the south-west of the runway when safe to do so, to achieve the lowest possible impact on surrounding communities," they said.
