MurderST ELIZABETH, Jamaica — Police say a 41-year-old man accused of fatally shooting his brother-in-law in a deadly domestic dispute in Slipe, St Elizabeth Friday afternoon, has surrendered. A senior police source said sometime before midday on Saturday the suspect was taken into custody after hiding from the police in the Black River morass. Police said the other man reportedly pulled a firearm and shot Campbell. The latest incident increased the number of homicides in St Elizabeth to 21 since the start of the year.
