During hearing, the petitioner sought liberty to appeal against the order-in-original and requested that any delay in approaching the appellate authority be considered sympathetically.
The writ petition has been preferred against the summary of the notice in Form GST DRC-01, dated 11.09.2023, the summary of the order in Form GST DRC-07, dated 27.01.2025 and the order-in-original dated 26.12.2024.
The petitioner has approached this court alleging that the summary of the show cause notice in Form GST DRC-01 dated 11.09.2023 and the summary of the order in Form GST DRC-07 dated 27.01.2025 are unsigned documents.
However, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned order-in-original.
