As per the reply by Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Anupriya Patel to an unstarred question, the allocations for Jammu and Kashmir stood at Rs 23 crore in 2021-22, Rs 23.64 crore in 2022-23, Rs 26 crore in 2023-24, Rs 35.33 crore in 2024-25 and Rs 65.47 crore in 2025-26. ADVERTISEMENTFor Ladakh, the allocation stood at Rs 3.90 crore in 2021-22, Rs 4.10 crore in 2022-23, Rs 4.51 crore in 2023-24, Rs 4.14 crore in 2024-25 and Rs 5.16 crore in 2025-26. ADVERTISEMENTSimilarly, Ladakh’s annual allocation increased from Rs 3.90 crore in 2021-22 to Rs 5.16 crore in 2025-26. The Ministry said the government has implemented the National TB Elimination Programme under the aegis of the National Health Mission. The government has also established 815 Drug Resistant TB treatment centres and introduced the BPaLM regimen for management of drug-resistant TB cases.
