Bhopal, Aug 9 : Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will launch four new direct air services for the state at a programme at Raja Bhoj Airport on Sunday, August 9. The launch will significantly strengthen intra-state and inter-state air connectivity. Financial assistance for these domestic routes is being provided under the Madhya Pradesh Civil Aviation Policy, with the state government offering Viability Gap Funding of up to Rs 10 lakh per round trip. Direct services between Rewa-Kolkata and Jabalpur-Kolkata will enhance air links between these important cities of Madhya Pradesh and Eastern India. The event will be attended by Union Civil Aviation Minister Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla and Union Civil Aviation Secretary Samir Kumar Sinha.
