A 60-year-old New London man sustained moderate injuries when his motorcycle struck a deer Friday morning in Ralls County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the crash occurred at 11:40 a.m. Aug. 7 on Route H, two miles south of Rensselaer. The man was traveling south on a 2023 Rewaco motorcycle when the motorcycle struck a deer in the roadway. The motorcycle sustained minor damage and was to be removed by its owner. Marion County Ambulance, the Monroe City Fire Department, and the Ralls County Sheriff’s Department assisted at the scene.
