In 1898, The Grand Hotel opened and has since become one of Leicester’s most distinguished locations, anchored by its lengthy cultural heritage. Bell&Swift, a commercial interior design studio based in Glasgow and London, were appointed to create the interior design and carry out the FF&E procurement across the 104 guestrooms and public areas on site. The studio intended to honour The Grand Hotel’s rich history and prime location in Leicester by creating thought provoking and striking interiors. Now fully restored and refurbished, The Grand Hotel’s story can continue for decades to come, welcoming new guests and memories through its door while celebrating its elegant heritage.
