The Alberta government hosted an open house in the village of Elnora community hall beginning at 3:30 p.m.On hand were members of the Alberta government, including representatives from Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors, and subcontractors.
Once the roadwork is done leading to and away from the Mackenzie Crossing Bridge, the maximum grade will be seven per cent.
By 4 p.m., more than 20 people had attended the open house to ask questions, including representatives from Stettler County council.
