Inspired by the seaside towns, vibrant markets and fresh seafood of the Italian Riviera, this seasonal dining experience showcases a curated menu celebrating regional specialties. Risotto ai Frutti di MareA Sicilian-inspired seafood risotto prepared with Arborio rice, assorted seafood, cherry tomatoes, lemon and Parmesan. Complementing the Italian Riviera menu is a collaboration with Campari, bringing a touch of Italy’s celebrated aperitivo culture to AQUA. Italian Riviera at AQUA will be available from 1 August to 30 September 2026 at AQUA Restaurant & Bar, Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur.
