LIAT Air has announced further changes to its flight schedule after disruptions that began Friday spilled into Saturday, forcing the regional carrier to adjust services through Tuesday. In a customer notice dated Aug. 8, the Antigua-based airline acknowledged what it described as “a few flight disruptions” the previous day and said the effects had continued into Saturday. “As a result, changes have been made to scheduled services for Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday,” LIAT Air said. LIAT Air also released an updated schedule for Sunday, Aug. 9, showing more than two dozen flight sectors across its regional network. “We understand the inconvenience these changes may cause and sincerely apologise to our customers who may be affected,” LIAT Air said.
