A fourth-generation Evanstonian, she said the 611 Collective basically sprang out of her head last year. A fourth-generation Evanstonian, she said she had the idea for the 611 Collective last October. The 611 Collective has grown in scope and now describes itself as a community space which hosts a wide range of “resource sharing.”
