The Tin Can Cafe, near Dunblane, has been recommended to me more times than I can remember – not least by my friend Anna whose foodie opinions are always spot on. The Tin Can Cafe lies off the A820 at Stockbridge Garden Nursery as you leave Dunblane and head towards Doune. Flowers, greenery and a Tin Can Cafe mural welcome you inside, while the interior is bursting with charm and character. The generous cream cheese was well seasoned, with notes of fresh lemon and black pepper coming through with every bite.
