Here’s a look at home sales activity between June 16 to July 10 that was made public the week of Aug. 3. Los Altos Hills had the highest median sales price at $18.75 million, helped by the week’s $30 million sale, while Atherton’s three sales had an $11 million median. At the other end, East Palo Alto’s two sales had a $980,000 median. Los Altos, Woodside and Portola Valley fell between those extremes, with median prices ranging from $3.95 million to $5.62 million.
