Farming stand-up wows the crowd with jokes and witty anecdotes
[]
The Shetland Times
It may seem a little odd that Jim Smith, a self-confessed introvert in his youth, chose a career in stand-up.
The rising Scottish comedy star made his second of two Lerwick appearances this weekend for RSABI, the charity that provides practical, emotional and financial support to farmers.
Speaking of which, Smith wonders if anyone else has ever confused “Haribo” with “Harbro”.
Smith wonders if they do that with the men, too.
But Smith, a father of two, is adamant he will have no more children.
