WASHINGTON — The U.S. Senate has approved legislation that will fund the government through December 11th. “Democrats have made it clear their distaste of President Trump is greater than their willingness to do their job and pass a full appropriations bill for the year,” said U.S. This legislation will extend that funding through December 11 to prevent a government shutdown,” said Senator John Hoeven (R-ND). The bill also included a measure led by Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar. Flag Family News has reached out to Minnesota Senator Tina Smith regarding the legislation.
