Baragada: Roshan Agrawal (48) and his son Tarun (12) were killed in a road accident at Sohela in Baragada district on Friday evening. According to reports, Roshan was travelling with his son on a scooter from the police station square towards the main square when a speeding truck, coming from behind, rammed into their scooter. The impact was so severe that the truck dragged the scooter from the police station square up to the Dak Bungalow. Roshan, who sustained critical injuries, was taken to Sohela hospital and later shifted to a private hospital in Baragada. Baragada MP Pradeedp Purohit and Bhatli MLA Irasis Acharya expressed deep grief over the tragic deaths of the father and son.
