Anantapur: The Anantapur district executive committee of the Andhra Pradesh Government Employees Association (APGEA) met on Saturday, appealing to the state government to resolve long-pending employee issues immediately.
District President B Gopi Krishna and General Secretary Ramu Naik expressed concern that despite talks with a ministerial committee, no decisions have been announced.
The meeting passed resolutions demanding a new Pay Revision Commission (PRC), release of pending Dearness Allowance (DA), announcement of Interim Relief (IR), abolition of CPS for OPS restoration, and cashless medical care through health cards.
Leaders also planned a district-wide membership drive to strengthen the association.
