The All Sindh Private Schools and Colleges Association has called on the Sindh government to reconsider the new extended school timings, saying the schedule is difficult to implement under existing conditions. Association Chairman Haider Ali urged Sindh Education Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah to review the revised timings and introduce a schedule based on ground realities. Haider Ali said developed countries may operate schools for longer hours, but their institutions have facilities and arrangements that are not generally available in local schools. He added that the new timings have created difficulties for parents, teachers, and school administrators. The association also maintained that students in government and private educational institutions should have the same school timings.
