Buchanan, Tenn.–The Carter Allison Memorial Fishing Tournament will be held on Oct 3, 2026 at Paris Landing with funds benefitting the “Carter Allison Memorial Scholarship” to be awarded annually beginning with the HCHS graduating class of 2027. If you are interested in sponsorship, donating or volunteering for the Oct 3rd tournament, organizers are seeking support. Organizers said, “We appreciate everyone for their support and looking forward to hosting an amazing event to help remember Carter Allison and share his passion for fishing to benefit the youth of Henry County.” He was a rising senior at HCHS and an avid fisherman.
