Four arrested in Pulaski County Jail contraband investigation

Four people have been arrested following an investigation into an alleged attempt to introduce contraband into the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility.
According to investigators, the case began after someone allegedly attempted to bring contraband into the detention facility on July 20.
The investigation identified four individuals suspected of involvement in the introduction and distribution of contraband and narcotics.
Forty-nine-year-old Robert Duncan Sr., 51-year-old Randy Williams, 47-year-old Kelcey Williams and 21-year-old Robert Duncan Jr. have each been charged with engaging in a continuing criminal gang, organization or enterprise.
The investigation was conducted by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division Narcotics Unit and Detention Crimes Unit, working in coordination with personnel at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility.
