Circleville Man Seriously Injured After Pickup Truck Crashes Into Concrete WallCIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — A Circleville man was seriously injured Wednesday afternoon after the pickup truck he was driving left the roadway and crashed into a concrete wall. According to a Circleville Police Department crash report, the collision occurred at approximately 4:24 p.m. July 29 near the Court Street Connector and South Court Street. Police said a 2018 Ford F-150 was traveling east on the Court Street Connector and had stopped at the intersection with South Court Street. The truck then accelerated through the intersection, traveled off the roadway to the left and struck a concrete wall. The driver, identified as 41-year-old Brice S. Quincel of Circleville, was injured in the crash.
