UPDATE – One Seriously Injured After Jeep Crashes Into Culvert in Ross...ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — Five people were involved after a Jeep left the roadway and struck a concrete culvert late Friday night in Concord Township, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. According to the patrol report, a 2015 Jeep Renegade was traveling northbound on County Road 87 when it drove off the right side of the roadway. The driver, Daylan M. Davie, 26, of Canal Winchester, was cited for operating a vehicle without reasonable control, according to the crash report. The Ohio State Highway Patrol arrived at approximately 12:07 a.m. and cleared the scene at 2:49 a.m. Aug. 1. The crash remains under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
