Simon House will host Donuts with the Director on Friday, Aug. 14, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at 208 W. Campbell St. The free community event will include coffee and donuts, a ribbon-cutting ceremony to unveil a new mural inside the shelter and a celebration of executive director Tasha R. Gray’s five-year anniversary with Simon House. Guests will have the opportunity to view the mural, tour the shelter and learn more about the services Simon House provides. Gray joined Simon House in August 2021 and has spent the past five years serving clients, strengthening community partnerships and helping expand the organization’s impact throughout Franklin County.
