Logistics Specialist Miguel Clark says his hometown and his parents’ military service helped shape his path to the NavyGOOSE CREEK, S.C. — Thousands of miles from his hometown of Goose Creek, a 2023 Goose Creek High School graduate is helping support U.S. Navy operations across the Western Pacific.
For Clark, military service also runs in the family.
From Goose Creek to JapanClark graduated from Goose Creek High School in 2023 and credits his upbringing in Goose Creek with helping develop qualities he now carries with him in the Navy.
According to the Navy, Clark conducted more than 2,000 essential maintenance checks on powered and nonpowered craft while serving in the role.
Supporting Navy operations across the PacificClark currently serves with NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka, the Navy’s largest logistics command in the Western Pacific.
