Jerry E. “Jug” Blanchard, 73, Goshen, died Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026, at home. He was born Sept. 14, 1952, in LaGrange County, to Ervin and Esther (Lawson) Blanchard. He is survived by a sister-in-law, Marvena “Kay” Blanchard, Maumee, Ohio; a nephew and a niece and their families; and longtime friend, Lena Smediuk. Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, is handling arrangements.
