Staff ReportSOUTH WHITLEY – Two people from Whitley County have been arrested on drug charges. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer noticed the smell of marijuana and located Burrous and Stanley. Whitley County Sheriff’s Office deputies and Indiana State Police troopers also responded to the scene to assist. In searching the residence, officers located marijuana. Stanley has a prior conviction for marijuana possession in Whitley County in March 2024.
